The deeper the neurosis, the greater the talent.

Entrepreneurial Psychology is the brand new and transformational discipline created by Earnshaw, which uses the principles and tools of new-venture creation for personal and professional empowerment.
Earnshaw has successfully applied the principles and processes of Entrepreneurial Psychology in all of her creations; in EXI Pty Ltd, in the Chutzpah Factory College of Entrepreneurship Inc. and in her private practice, to assist people to transcend debilitating predicaments.
New-venture creation is highly creative process. Conceptualising and building an enterprise is to bring new life into the world. As is the case with the creation of all new life, when the source of the creation is passion, it is driven by a unique and compelling Power within. This source or Life-Force is infinite and has no boundaries. The life-force that drives this particular method of enterprise-creation is precisely that which is fundamental to psychical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual healing.
When the entrepreneurial process is used as a psychological intervention, it is transformational. It is an expression of inner-self manifest in a vocational pursuit.
Love, work and knowledge are the wellsprings of our life
They should also govern it
Wilhelm Reich
This methodology has assisted both young people and adults to transcend debilitating blocks in their lives. It has elicited in young people and adults
- An authentic sense and acceptance of self
- Personal power and utility
- Freedom and autonomy
- Respect earned by self and others
- Fulfilling career directions
- The ability to contribute significantly to, and transform, their own communities
To be able to access and externalise this Life-force - your Essence - into your everyday life creates an holistic alignment. It connects you to your calling, puts you in your flow and can help you to determine your life's work. When one can finally connect 'work' to one's passion, it no longer becomes work. It becomes purpose, contribution and fulfilment where virtue is its own reward!
Work is much more fun than fun!
Noel Coward, British Playwright
