the Chutzpah Factory College of Entrepreneurship
EXI’s sister organisation

The Chutzpah Factory College of Entrepreneurship Inc. (Chutzpah Inc.) was EXI's sister organisation.

At the time of founding EXI in 2004, Louise also established Chutzpah Inc. as a tax-deductible charity and RTO to work exclusively with high-risk indigenous and non-indigenous youth across Australia.

The word "chutzpah" is Yiddish for cheek, audacity, guts and gall, in other words, an entrepreneur!

From 2005-2007 Louise launched three Chutzpah Factory training sites across Australia with three community partners. The first college launched in Bendigo Victoria, followed by two Indigenous sites in the WA Goldfields and the remote WA Ngaanyatjarra Lands.

The three Chutzpah Factory College sites successfully delivered accredited in Certificates in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Skills to marginalised indigenous and non-indigenous youth. Graduates (or ‘chutzpaniks’) were young entrepreneurs who created micro-enterprises that linked them into employment, education, training, work placements, traineeships and apprenticeships.
