The Company

Enterprise eXchange International (EXI) is a Registered Training Organisation and the developer and owner of accredited courses, courseware and training services in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Skills.

EXI's mission, focus and relevance are global, with particular relevance to marginalised peoples and communities and cultures under threat.

Certificates and a Diploma of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Skills teach students how to turn a hobby or passion into money (e.g. Fixing and selling bikes). The courses and training are particularly successful in engaging marginalised youth, people and communities in sustainable earning, learning and cultural preservation.

EXI courses and training are based on empirical research having been developed from the founder's PhD study in the "Similarities between successful entrepreneurs and maverick youth". EXI courses teach students how to turn a hobby or passion into a money-making opportunity (e.g. trading CDs), which can make literacy and numeracy meaningful through real world application. They are the only accredited entrepreneurship courses in the Australian VET sector.

Students graduate with a nationally recognised qualification, a business plan, vocational pathways and a support network including industry and community groups.
